Many venues book several months in advance, and once the location and date are confirmed, we can then focus on the fun details such as design, décor, vendors, and the overall vision for your event.

You are not required to host your event at a specific venue in order to work with us. If your wedding, celebration, banquet, or special gathering is taking place at your church, outdoor space, or local venue, Giving Grace Event Planning is happy to serve you there.

Where your event is held doesn’t limit the level of service you receive. We bring the same care, organization, and attention to detail wherever you choose to celebrate.

Deposits are generally non-refundable. If an event is postponed, we will apply payments to the new date, subject to availability and potential rescheduling fees.

We create a detailed budget tracker, negotiate with vendors to keep costs within scope, and flag potential overages early.

We need a rough budget, estimated guest count, preferred dates, and any "must-have" vendors or themes.
