For birthday parties, showers, and other milestone celebrations, the first step is usually to secure your venue space. Many venues book several months in advance, and once the location and date are confirmed, we can then focus on the fun details such as design, décor, vendors, and the overall vision for your event. If you need help finding a venue, I can help with that too.
In most cases, the sooner you book, the more flexibility you will have with venues, vendors, and dates, helping ensure everything comes together exactly the way you envision.

We work closely with you to develop a cohesive theme and overall vision that reflects your style and the purpose of your celebration.
We also offer balloon décor and custom signage to elevate the look and bring everything together.

Yes. Giving Grace Event Planning can assist with the design and coordination of invitations, thank-you cards, table place cards and even personalized signs to ensure every detail of your event feels polished and cohesive.
From the first announcement to the final thank-you, we help create pieces that reflect your event’s style while keeping everything organized for a smooth guest experience.
We can even create custom Favors for your guests too!
Yes, absolutely.
We work closely with venues throughout Winston-Salem and the Triad and can check availability for your date, coordinate communication, and guide you through the options.
We’re also happy to attend venue tours with you, offering professional insight to help you confidently choose the space that best fits your vision and event needs.
We love backyard parties too of course!

We are based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and proudly serve the entire Triad, including Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Thomasville, and surrounding areas.
Planning something outside the Triad or a destination event? We’re happy to travel—travel fees may apply.
Absolutely.
You are not required to host your event at a specific venue in order to work with us. If your party, celebration, banquet, or special gathering is taking place at your church, outdoor space, or local venue, Giving Grace Event Planning is happy to serve you there.
If you need help finding a venue, we can help with that too!
Where your event is held doesn’t limit the level of service you receive. We bring the same care, organization, and attention to detail wherever you choose to celebrate.
Yes. Giving Grace Event Planning can design and create custom event favors tailored to your theme, style, and budget. Whether you have a specific idea in mind or need creative suggestions, we work with you to develop a favor that feels meaningful and memorable for your guests.
Based on your budget, we will provide a mock-up or design sample for approval before production to ensure everything looks exactly the way you envisioned.
Yes, we do.
We have an extensive collection of linens, décor, florals, signage, risers, and even a champagne wall—just about everything your celebration needs to be both beautiful and successful.
If there’s something specific we don’t have, we work closely with trusted local rental companies and handle all the details for you, including coordination, pick-up, and return.
Deposits are required to secure your event date and time. These are non-refundable.
If an event is postponed, we will apply payments to the new date, subject to availability and potential rescheduling fees.
